5 stars: It is a great solution to travel between cities. It is a lot cheaper than Uber for long-distance. So far I only had issues once as a driver did not show up but support tried their best to assist me with the stressful situation. If you ever run into trouble get in touch with support and make sure to have backup plans in case your ride (which most likely won't happen) becomes delayed.
4 stars: Hitch is excellent when it comes to the extensive options, scheduling, customer support and overall service in general. However, the same cannot be said for the Hitch app. It's quite buggy and occasionally frustrates the users. I hope they can fix this and make it a truly well rounded offering soon!
2 stars: Very glitchy app for me, click to set destination, app shuts down. Turn off exact location, app opens up but doesn't show anywhere near you. Website had an airport pickup point, app did not. If you can get it to work and have a group to travel with, it may be worth it.
