5 stars: The booking and getting refund is supper easy. The flights are bit expensive but I will highly recommend you to use it for booking bus in Turkey.

3 stars: The app works fine, but as a foreigner, it's too confusing. I'm not fluent in Turkish and there's no English translation. I don't even know if foreign credit/debit cards are accepted. I've used it a few times and it does the job. I just wish it was more friendly to non-turkish people.
2 stars: Bad app, cannot save already purchased tickets, only show them, when clicking at the download a browser page opens with a 404 error. We can sign up and log in directly with a Google account but for the browser access we need a password...
