3 stars: No sound/chime on app chat with client. When driver is on the move and displays the map already, you can't see the chat message with button anymore. What if the client has a last minute request or advice? Driver to order taker to pick up contact person to drop off contact person, sometimes are unreachable. Happened to me already. Other issues are history.
2 stars: App is not able to catch/flag ridiculously absurd event; experienced an actual job that registered as 'In Progress' even after 24 hours elapsed.
