4 stars: Fairly reliable and very user friendly. $24 a year subscription for what you get isn't that bad either, they will most likely increase the price though. Been using it for 4 years now and I think the app's features is worth up to a $5/month subscription. For folks complaining about the price, making these apps isn't easy so making it's great features free isn't sustainable.

2 stars: Worked really well during a certain time but when I had a shift change at work the bus routes and schedules that the app told me to take were completely out of sync or was telling me to get on the wrong bus or telling me to get off too early. I put in the exact same location and time with this app and Google and they don't even match or line up. I can't keep using this app if it's not gonna be reliable anymore.
