4 stars: This app was great for about a week until an update in November 2019. After that the app wouldn't open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times. I contacted vitus vet and it took over two months to fix the app. They emailed me once the app was fixed. I reinstall the app and it works great. It's the easiest way to submit claims to nationwide for my pets. Hopefully there are no future issues.
5 stars: This app is easy to use and well needed. It allows me to communicate with our vet and access my pets records at any time, for any reason. I like that I can invite our dog sitter to join and she can see our dogs lastest updates. This app allows our primary vet to connect with an out of state vet, who we saw when we had an emergency, while visiting family.
