It is part of the Trainer+ system, an automated fitness management platform for gyms and personal trainers, that is designed for individuals not necessarily working with a trainer.

Easily search for exercises based on muscle, equipment, or core movement and view exercise videos, pictures and written instructions. Users can make a list of their favourite exercises and also send a request to a trainer to make a workout program from a list of exercises.

The app can help guide people for the exercises needed when working out at a gym or home and help connect with a trainer for a custom workout program.

For clients already working with a trainer, the ExerGuide is a complementary tool where they can see exercise alternatives or request variations for their program. For trainers, it can be also be used as a lead generation tool to give to individuals who are not yet ready for a training program, so they have some information and the ability to request a program in the future.
