Последняя ExerGuide apk Скачать. The ExerGuide is a free searchable exercise library made up of content created by Trainer+ (over 1100 exercises and growing). It is part of the Trainer+ system, an automated fitness management platform for gyms and personal trainers, that is designed for individuals not necessarily working with a trainer.

Easily search for exercises based on muscle, equipment, or core movement and view exercise videos, pictures and written instructions. Users can make a list of their favourite exercises and also send a request to a trainer to make a workout program from a list of exercises.

The app can help guide people for the exercises needed when working out at a gym or home and help connect with a trainer for a custom workout program.

For clients already working with a trainer, the ExerGuide is a complementary tool where they can see exercise alternatives or request variations for their program. For trainers, it can be also be used as a lead generation tool to give to individuals who are not yet ready for a training program, so they have some information and the ability to request a program in the future.

Not a Trainer+ user? That's ok, anyone can use and enjoy the ExerGuide. We had all these exercises and people kept asking us for them, so this was our way to help support the fitness community in general.
