5 stars: Good app. Helps me keep track of my workouts, nutrition. I can connect with my coach and also see other training programs and follow them. Definitely helps keep me accountable.

3 stars: Has a few bugs. Changes made are not always reflected. Example. Workout completed and yet it is not reflected ... calories byrned not necessarily reflected in a calorie burn challenge
5 stars: Nice looking app and compare to other ones it's also more intuitive. A nice thing is that you can use it for free until 3 clients so you have some time to try it out before switching to a license that allow you to train all your clients.
