4 stars: App is good 👍. But Auto rickshaw wala many time play with the system. Like few of them don't accept online payment and there is no way to change payment method once you have selected online payment.
4 stars: So far the auto I booked, the driver behaviour is good and quality of vehicle and driving is also perfect. There are some instances where the auto driver cancel my booking.. There should be made compulsory a reason for denial.
4 stars: Good app. Using most of the times. One issue, when Auto driver calls back and ask to cancel ride, i loose money.
5 stars: Great service! Quick response but for only autos, pocket mini and other cab options are not much reponsive at night. This is problematic.
3 stars: Pls improve your payment options as well. The driver accepts the ride for which I have chosen paytm payment but when the driver arrives after a long time refuses to take the ride as he wants cash payment instead of paytm. Pls upgrade in such a way that the driver is shown the mode of payment before he accepts the ride. This results in a waste of time. If the driver doesn't want a paytm payment he should refuse the ride
5 stars: Very useful app especially at our Agartala area. Timing of the vehicle also accurate and rate is also very cheap.I recommend this app to all my family and friends..
