5 stars: This application is the best online ordering app in Egypt so far. I really like it so much and i order from it a lot of times for a low ptice even lower than the actual super markets. But there is just one problem, i have to pay the shipping for each product and that corsts a lot. I you could just make me pay one shipping fee for all the products in my cart would be great.
5 stars: Improved a lot but still communication gap Customer service should be multilinguistic and toll free numbers display at all corners of services. I feel as if dealing with Robotic online service. There should be customers blogs or chat platform or simply option to say something in HELP column but there is non. Only predefines questions and answers. Please improve . Customers comfort and time management will boom your company.
4 stars: Good but needs some restrictions on the quality of goods and the truth of good description before allowing buyers to buy on the system
5 stars: Easy and user friendly app, also the best, most helpful and professional customer service.
4 stars: Great app, I just hope the delivery man knows how to use Google maps, it should be one requirement to become a qualified delivery man of Souq, because it's an exhausting struggle to communicate with the delivery who speaks little English and at the same time does not know how to use or follow google map. But over all the app the the merchandise here are good.
