5 stars: It's awesome. Used the book for years, this is even better. Searchable, readable. Takes are a little hard to read sure to small screen size, but still great to have at my fingertips.
5 stars: This is best antibiotic app out there it is a must have for every doctor. I started using it when i bacame an intern and ever since i never faced any difficulty with antibiotic dose. Sanford guide is my antibiotic clinical pharmacist. I couldn't figure out how to use my account when i switched from android to iphone but the technical support solved the issue instantly when i contacted them.
