3 stars: It's a great app with lots of options, unfortunately it's not updating correctly. New program has been released (karate cardio military) but somehow I cannot seem to get an access to it. I'm on the monthly subscription, not sure if that's enough?
5 stars: The best workout app and meal plan I have ever used! I especially love the workouts. I don't remember the last time I sweat so much. The apps really helps keeping you motivated and on track with your fitness goals. Meals are simple enough to prepare and tasty. I absolutely love the grocery shopping list, that actually works (unlike some other apps). This app is better than any other I have used, and I feel like I tried them all.
5 stars: Great app with everything you need to get or keep healthy. The food is delicious 😋 and options helps to cater for all tastes. The workouts I think could be bit more divers and offer flexible choice but I belive improvements are on the way.
