5 stars: Worked as advertised. I had network outage in my area and it was pain in the bum to use mobile for emailing and other stuff. So I used this freeware and it let me surf the internet on my desktop wirelessly once tethered. The other thing I was worried was windows update draining my phones data but with the proxy setting applied, the internet connection was limited to a browser only which is swift. Thanks.
5 stars: Does exactly what I need! Very strong signal. My provider does not offer hotpot unless you carry the unlimited plan. This works perfectly. It allows me to get Wi-Fi on my portable devices without changing my plan.

5 stars: Works great no root for my note 10 plus on sprint just follow the instructions for the proxy if u are connecting anything other than Android. Work's well to hotspot to download files. It mentions a limit I will update if I reach that
