4 stars: Hey guys that are struggling still with the face scan try using it in the bathroom with sufficient lighting. Ensure your background is really light compared to your complexion. I put my phone up against the wall so that my phone didn't move and it worked every time. It shouldn't be this difficult but apparently it is but this way has worked every time for me.
