4 stars: Very useful functionality, but the UI isn't well designed. Switching between fasting and eating is clunky. All sorts of confirmation dialogues that aren't needed. Will be great when it's polished. Integration with Google Fit would be nice.
5 stars: Awesome app if you keep a consistent week! I love how the eating windows can vary. I do 2 full fast days per week and 5 hour eating window in other days. I love the widget that sits on my homepage with time elapsed in the fast. Awesome app! Good reminders too
