5 stars: This app is awesome!! I never heard of it until I got involved with a Certified Emergency Response Team. They told me to get it to get tickets for events. Now I use it for everything!! I love how when you get a ticket they ask if you want it saved on your calendar and if you say yes, it puts all the info on your calendar!!

4 stars: I love the app but I tried to reach someone for a question to transfer a ticket to someone else because I won't be able to go. And I've not gotten an answer back yet. Please make it more assessible to answer questions that need to be answer more quickly. Thank you!
3 stars: It's not particularly intuitive and sometimes settings get stuck so it's hard to change the city or country of a particular search, I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a couple of times to help with the glitches. However, overall, a usable app most of the time. And sometimes one's only option!
