4 stars: Pretty good app. You can set up favorite locations or orders, look up menu items so you know what you want before you get there and see their nutritional value, and add a card or gift cards (still haven't figured out how to take the cards off once their empty though). My one complaint is that it's hard to know whenever you can earn star points.
5 stars: I love Starbucks and the Starbucks app. I can add money anytime I want or pay with my chase Starbucks card. I can also order ahead and if there's anything wrong with my order they will fix it or remake it. I love how good they are to me. Keep up the good work and keep the app working great for me and anyone else who will enjoy this app. Angie J.
3 stars: Have used and loved this app for a long time, but suddenly its very buggy and freezing all the time. Every time I've pulled up the app in the past 2 weeks, it freezes when choosing a store, or placing an order, or trying to pay. Restarting the app stalls on the green loading screen for long minutes. If you're trying to get me to not go to Starbucks anymore, congrats! It's succeeded!
3 stars: I love the easiness of the app but at the same time I never get credit when I do the extra star challenges. I always order an iced mocha or a hot one and stop often but I never get the credit for the drink. That part needs work. I sent a message about not getting credit and no response.
