3 stars: The lack of description of the plates is very annoying. Several times I've had to go to the website of the restaurant I am ordering from to know what I'm going to order. At least a photo would help on taking the decision about what I'm buying.
4 stars: Great app, great restaurants, but I would love to see an option for whether or not you want cutlery. No reason to waste plastic and napkins if you don't need it.
3 stars: When it works its good, when it doesn't you waste 10 minutes to chat with service and the problem doesn't get fixed
4 stars: Great app, great service. Wish you could tip after delivery like Uber so it could be based on actual service - really the definition of a tip - rather than just being a price premium.
4 stars: Works great, but some restaurants abuse the listings. One restaurant has a half dozen maybe more listings. All different name, all the same location. Very annoying. I'd also love a black list feature for this reason. I don't want to see places I don't like ever again.
4 stars: Excellent variety of choices for restaurants! Could make a little more effort on delivery fees though... And, might sound crazy, but please let me choose if I want my food to be delivered in a car or on a bike because it really makes a difference in the food temperature and texture. Can be really deceiving... Other than that, love the app!
