4 stars: I am very sorry I have to give such a review for the app. The device is wonderful. It has been more than two weeks since I first contacted support and an app update and this still does not work with Android 9 and my Foreo Luna Play Smart. I have contacted support again four days ago and received no answer. I still hope someday I will get to use the app too. Update: finally working! Thank you!
5 stars: I previously wrote a negative review because my fofo device was not connecting to my device. the latest update the tech team created was PHENOMENAL! my device connects to the app now. I'm super happy and thoroughly impressed. now, both my fofo and UFO devices work purrrfectly. great job, Foreo!! 😊💜🤗

5 stars: I use it with my Ufo mini for a while now and I love it. The treatement is so relaxing and the music from the app helps me relax even more. I also love that it is soooo user friendly.

5 stars: Good product but poor designed application. Since last update the phone goes in standby while running a mask task and I have to start all over again. This shouldn't happen.
