4 stars: Usually, I have no problem with this app and it always works flawlessly but after the recent Aug 1st update, the sound quality has dropped drastically and now it sounds like my music is being played out of a tin can. Would be great to see if this is an issue that can be resolved simply through another update, but other than that, I have no issues.
3 stars: I have a very big problem with this program. Overall it works ok but this last update on my phone wiped out my entire offline music library. A lot of the songs I had downloaded to my phone are no longer available to download through Amazon. Amazon is also continually deleting songs from their site and I constantly have to go back and redownload the same song over and over if I want them on my online playlists.
