5 stars: BiteFit is very helpful for tracking what you eat and how you exercise. It reminds you to drink water, and celebrates when you reach your daily goal. It even calibrates how much you exercise to how much you eat and drink; this helps you eat the right ammount and stay hydrayed.

It also helps with choosing different recipes there are tons to choose from with a variety of different diets to stay in track with. I love this app and have used it for multiple years now totally worth the premium package.
