4 stars: It's a great app BUT in my opinion has 2 major issues. Firstly, it's quite pricy for Portugal (more expensive than dining out). Secondly, there is no customer support WHILE ordering. If there is a problem with your order or you made a mistake you have zero help from Uber. You can, after the fact, start some procedure but its not nearly as useful as live chat support, which exists in Deliveroo for example.
3 stars: Unable to use the app. When I open it asks for phone number, verify, then email, tells me email is already in use. There is no option to sign in with that email, so I'm unable to use the app. Edit : Figured out the problem. The app was installed with a different email than the one I had an account with. Should make note of that on that error screen?
