3 stars: I'd like to thank your care team for the quick response. Got my downloaded songs back. However im really upset coz: 1. it's a recurrent problem and I've reported it last year 2. it took more than 12 hours to redownload the songs 3.caused my mobile to lag 4. no one explained to me why it happened in the first place. plus why this bug is not fixed yet? please fix it otherwise the next time i loose my download I'm cancelling my membership.
5 stars: I really love this app❤. But I have a problem is that if I closed my phone to listen to the songs without doing anything on the phone, if I open it again the screen crashes and becomes black but the music continues in the background, please I want a solution. Otherwise I adore this app♥♥♥.
4 stars: I love this app!! However there is a small problem.. why do we have to scroll all the way down to play the latest songs we have dowloaded ''in a playlist''. Why won't the app have the option to put the latest downloaded songs on top of my playlists not all the way down in the bottom??
5 stars: Ive had anghami plus for a while now the features are good and the prices are decent, but for a few months now I havnt been able to download my songs to my library and listen to them offline. I can only stream them and waste my data again and again everytime I listen. Would rate a 5 if that problem was fixed.
