3 stars: This program seems to suit my parental control needs perfectly, but it has an issue: It keeps asking for parental pin out of the blue on my kid's device (when she tries to user WhatsApp, for example), and I don't see any option to insert it remotely. This is quite annoying as either she can't use the app she wants or I just have to tell her the pin.
3 stars: Liking the app so far but I can't seem to change the fun and games time restrictions from what I initially set. I must have updated it and saved it 30 times and yet every time I go back in its reverted back to what it was. Have sent an email but no response yet. Will not be paying once the free trial is up if this doesn't get fixed.
4 stars: Great app, one major flaw - when kid's device is not connected to the Internet, the time limits aren't observed, leading to kid playing for 3 hours instead of 1 :( Please fix this. Also it keeps turning the screen off and locking it when usage is forbidden... Makes it difficult to add time, for example.
4 stars: really like the app. One thing that could improve it would be that, when a child requests permission for something via email, it would bring up the app and not a web browser when clicking the hyperlink. Sometimes, too, permitting changes either don't go through to the child device or it takes a while to get there. Overall, best by far I've found.
5 stars: Very useful when you want to keep under reasonable limits the time children spend on screens. Ea...
