3 stars: Notification Failure - I am a service technician so I often don't know how long I'll be parking. That means notifications to renew parking are great - but ONLY if they work. Today Hang Tag didn't notify me, twice in one day. And yes, I checked if notifications were enabled for the app. Thankfully no ticket, else this free app would have cost me $160 in one day. Edit - update may fix this issue. Still setting my own alarms.
4 stars: Good enough for parking in downtown. I rate 4 stars because sometimes it is not that accurate in telling me which lot im in. I have to walk around the big lot just so I know which parking lot im at.
3 stars: its more convenient than going to the pay station, but when this app breaks or when the parking lot has a special rate schedule, the app does nothing yo relay that information.
5 stars: Works great. (Wish it had 'parking' in the name, and maybe 'EmPark' in it's keywords. Took forever to track down the app i needed to park at Fort Mason Center, S.F..)
3 stars: Seems to work OK so far, but lacks a maximum time option. If all day parking is until 6, let me park until 6, not 5:48.
3 stars: Not Able to Choose Amount of Time to Extend. Called help line and went thru trouble shooting which failed. Need to fix this bug otherwise, handy App.
4 stars: I find this app is very easy to use. I often found the site machine malfunctioned and using the app makes this a non issue
