3 stars: I have experienced that Ola prioritizes customer paying in personal mode over Corporate mode. Just a few minutes ago, I was in pune airport and I used both Corporate and personal modes and I couldn't book a single ride until I switched to personal mode. Ola team, if it's a technical issue kindly fix this at the earliest and if it's not may be it's time to get back to uber Corporate.
3 stars: The drivers reach wherever they want to and Mark that they have reached location. why can't the app allow them to tick only when they have reached actual location? If accidentally location is changed ola never asks for confirmation. I was taken to wrong location due to wrong detection of location and had to pay extra, many times.
