4 stars: At most of the time I use Grab, I experience no problem. But, one thing that I would suggest for you, to enable users to remove or edit an address on Saved Place feature, not just adding an address, because users might also make a mistake in saving an address on their Saved Place. Thanks.
4 stars: From last year to this year services has been improved time to time. Only once I had a rough DRIVER. But I couldn't evaluate him, because the app. didn't provide the evaluation request after the ride. I hope and wish your services improve day by day and become the best in SERVICES \u0026 RATES.
5 stars: Cool app for rides and food. Delivery cost is reduced making it more affordable. However there's was a time when it was raining, I wasn't able to get any riders willing to pick up the order, therefore I wasn't able to get my order from the stall after searching for riders for quite some time. Hope that top up amount for credits can be changed to allow for keying in cents other than whole numbers.
4 stars: it's really suck , why just can't put the customer call center at the web site , when i need immediate effect . the emails take a long time to fix it and it's always having payment problems
