5 stars: PLEASE HELP ME THE GAME SUDDENLY REMOVE MY ACCOUNT AND I CAN'T LOG IN So when I open the game it doesn't enter to my account page but it's just on the very first page to make an account. Please fix it I've been playing this game a whole time, I don't want to lose everything I've done. Thank you.
3 stars: I gave it 3 star's because it does not satisfy me as a player because, whenever i launch the app i wait for the loading and it always stop from downloading 6kb you know what its just 6kb but still not downloading i have a secure and excellent connection but it always stuck ... so i just need an anwer for this matter ... hope you read this :/

5 stars: overall its great game. need to fix some but still great. my complaint is about how difficult to obtain a set of outfit. especially from past even. newcomer ( like me ) had some trouble gettinh the outfit that we like from past event. like from halloween 2017.
4 stars: Why is my account missing? When I log in to the server, there is absolutely no information and my role.
