5 stars: Love the redesign, much snappier and better aesthetics. Most of the reviews on here are blaming connectivity on the app update, but all of ecobee's accounts were down late 4/1 including the website so I don't think this was an app issue.
4 stars: The phone app works as designed - you can make adjustments and control your thermostat from your phone. I would like to see it do more and give you the information you see in your browser. Also please fix your servers which are frequently down and don't track your data properly or let you control your thermostat.
3 stars: Having lots of connection and synchronisation issues since the last update. \nSensors always show they are occupied. I wish I could go back to the old \napp since all these things worked fine.
4 stars: I couldn't connect wuth the previous version but they quickly had a bug fix in place. I'll be a customerfor as long as they aren't bought out by a data hungry behemoth (like Amazon).
3 stars: Last update is bad UI wise. It either says no internet available or always wants to register a new thermostat. Also no more real-time indicators on main page. Heat is on but flame icon white. It also always says the system is always on when it isn't.
3 stars: App is useful but I wish they had a widget for homescreen. Currently I can't find any widget in my home screen widget picker. I, personally don't like to open app all the time and widget in a app like this is a must and necessary.
