3 stars: This app is so annoying. Whenever you add a item to cart you automatically logout of the account. Please fix this.
5 stars: The application crashes alot don't know why. please ensure sellers with many low ratings are nolonger given platform to disappoint/ steal from other customers.
4 stars: great and nice warranty system which contains accidental damage warranty for most there electronic items but it took very long time to solve issue

Dear souq need to improve these black spot on your face it's generally irritated for buyers
