5 stars: good liked it alot
5 stars: Easy to use, well though through, best app to order food online. However when things do go wrong with an order or communications between talabat and the restaurant no one wants to take the blame. So the customer is at a loss. @Talabat i suggest you adopt a late penalty for the delivery, time stated i.e 45mins or the food is free, or half priced. so we accually see decent delivery times from some resturants.
4 stars: There are a ton of ads, all of which are of fast food. Sometimes the in-app browser ads regarding discounts are inaccurate. Contacting customer service about the apps misleading ads regarding discounts or refunds is a complete and utter waste of time. Be wary delivery times are also misleading.
4 stars: I appreciate that Talabat has continued to improve their services. They are definitely the number 1 food delivery app in Bahrain for me. Prompt notifications on status of order as well as prompt notifications on possible delays. Well done Talabat. My only criticism now is to just please get rid of the annoying pop-up ad when one opens the app!
4 stars: the last update is good but it have one problem. the food pictures are not clear as before, the name of the dish is written on top of it and it is dimmed and not zoomable. Please do something about so the photos are clearer
