3 stars: This thing works great, until you need to take it to the different kitchen. Once you need to establish a new connection in a different kitchen with a different Wi-Fi connection, you're screwed. I moved, and now the Joule won't be found on my phone. All of the troubleshooting steps that Chefsteps offered don't work, and they don't offer the ability to talk to human being for support in real time.
4 stars: New to Sous Vide. The Joule and app make it very easy to use with clear and concise instructions. I found it very easy to connect with Bluetooth and wifi. first meals were amazing. one improvement in the app would be the ability to name your saved manual mode settings.
