5 stars: It's a great mobility solution for me whenever I need to go out alone. The app is very well useable with TalkBack as I use smart phone with eyes closed.
4 stars: It should be more precise. In addition to this, poor connectivity at Jugnu leads to wastage of time while booking Auto / Taxi.
4 stars: Bike Riders availability should be grow for single person and auto driver should be response fast as they receive the ride.
