5 stars: This app is life changing. Instead of calling and waiting on hold to make an appointment, I can make one within 3 minutes! I work or commute during major business hours, so being able to set up my appointment on a bus without everyone hearing my personal information is wonderful.
3 stars: This app would work a heck of a lot better if locations were in the filter. I search for doctors in my zip code or my town and have to search through a WHOLE BUNCH of doctors that aren't even in my area. Talk about time consuming!
3 stars: Great app, I can make appointments, search for quality doctors in network, read reviews, cancel appointments, pre fill out paperwork through the app and much more. The only thing missing is a way to send a message to the healthcare providers for questions or concerns, You only have the option to call right not but it would be great if you can create a send message option for more up to date communication methods this is 2018 ZOCDOC
