5 stars: Can you please give option to keep the login credentials. Info to help others do the firmware update: even though I had it paired, touching the update notice popped up msg to move closer to the device. I figured out that attempting this from the My Devices Menu is somehow broken and what I needed to do was select Menu then at the bottom touch Update, then I had to select the MAC address of the device to get it to successfully upload.
