4 stars: Extremely easy to use and a very user friendly interface. But the prices r way too high I got tickets for lawn seats and paid $75 a piece for them, just to get there and be sitting next to my friends who paid $30 for theirs.

4 stars: This app would be even better if it would offer a description of the events. When browsing upcoming events and you find something interesting you have to Google the event to get any sort of details not in the title. Other than that it's awesome!
3 stars: Latest version has an issue and I can't display my tickets. Luckily customer service was able to email me a PDF.
4 stars: Had a bad experience but Seat Geek customer service responded quickly and while I was unable to get into my event they offered me a credit and helped get me resolve my issue.
