4 stars: I have had chronic insomnia for over ten years. This app is the only non- medicinal thing that truly works for me. I now also stay asleep much longer than I have been in the past few years. I am planning to get the full app when I see a better price. I highly recommend this spp.
3 stars: I found it great at first, but it tends to stop after an hour and repeat the same 1/2 minutes loop. Wanting to have more variety I considered upgrading, but for £79 I don't want to be stuck after an hour. Great app, but could be better, and frankly overpriced for what it is.
5 stars: Update: after several weeks it suddenly started skipping and dropping out. Nothing on my end has changed, no reason for my tablet to suddenly start doing this. It won't stop so I've uninstalled. This had been one of the better asrm apps I tried. Very nice until the dropping and stalling. So sad now
5 stars: Love this app for guided meditation before sleep. It really helps me switch off. So much so, I became a pro user. I struggle with getting to sleep because I work 2 jobs, and am running on fumes so often, that my brain is forced to stay alert. This app helps me remember how to relax.
