5 stars: App works great. Sure, if you walk too far away from your phone, you lose the Bluetooth connection, just like any other device connected to Bluetooth. Reconnecting is no problem. I wish the battery level indicator was more precise, but that's a function of the batteries themselves...not the app. The Zinc Air technology doesn't discharge like the batteries in our cellphones.
5 stars: I have been very happy with the app. Works flawlessly in connecting aids, changing programs, volume and streamer volume. Also like the simplicity of the app as all you should need is the ability to change programs, volume and check battery. However, with the latest Oticon Update on the 7th September, closing the program does not close the Oticon \
5 stars: Using a cheapo Moto E4 with Android 7. The Oticon app works great! No real Bluetooth issues, just let it find your hearing aids before you turn on the connect clip. I've never tried the ifttt protocols.
4 stars: Stopped working when I upgraded to Android 9 on Nokia Sirrocco. Needed an app reset and reentry of all the set up info App does not start the notifications after a reboot. Would be nice to use HAs without the connect clip at least for notifications so everyone else did not here email and txt notifications.
