5 stars: This is a very fine app that appeals to the true checker fan. If you want a toy app that doesn't follow the rules and is a weak player then look elsewhere. In fact this app, while strong relative to an average player, is well below master strength so whiners should quit complaining and instead develop a little playing skill. 5 stars: To all the people talking about moves etc..... Manjeka Kelvin:You do know that a king can only move one space at a time just like the rest but it can move backwards. As for it forcing you to take the opponent's piece yea thats a rule. In checkers if you don't take a jump then you lose that piece anyways. You have to strategize and play around that.
