4 stars: Newest update won't allow app to work at all HTC U11. After uninstalling app and reinstalling everything finally worked. Needs battery level gauge not just a warning when they are low.

5 stars: I was looking through this app. Being able to request assistance and then get help wirelessly is excellent. I know I will be asking my family to upgrade hearing aids as I can not always schedule visits easily. This might be a lot easier! Not only that but I saw easy to access noise filters. Restaurant mode, outdoor mode, things like that. Demo looks really cool. If I even need hearing aids I want ones that hook up to this.
