4 stars: Works well with my Huawei P9. Rival 'nest' I notice shuts off when you've gone to bed (so it claims). I also notice the video on 'get connected' has been shut down, which is a pity as I'd like to know what it is capable of. However works a treat and Geofence is particularly useful for my lifestyle. All in all think it's great, and does what it says on the tin (so to speak).
5 stars: Doesn't work with my Pixel 2 no matter what I try. It won't sync with the initial setup. It had issues with my Galaxy S8 as well. Fix this!! :( --- Edit -- They had me call the tech support and it was an issue with having the wrong email address initially saved as the default. They spent an hour and worked everything out. Works great with my Google home. Love it!! Thanks Honeywell!!
3 stars: Works ok. Has a lag time when connecting and refreshing (30 seconds +) but works when fully refreshed. Also, recently, system will not shut off automatically. Thermostat will reach set temperature then you'll hear the heater click off but the fan will keep running.
4 stars: Several times I have had the app access to the thermostat stop working. In the past they were pretty good about getting my issues resolved - usually server issues on their end. This time no response to my emails after more than a week. The thermostat is pretty much working, but no remote access. I tried to reload the app, and can't get my thermostat back online. Bummer.
