4 stars: This is a great media centre and runs brilliant on less powerful devices. I have found one bug though....when watching live TV, the menu button doesn't work correctly. When you press the menu button on the remote you just get a load of technical info on the screen (like programming stuff) and not the media player menu. This also happens when playing local content. Basically in the media player, the menu button doesn't work (tried on 3 devices with same issue). Other builds do not have this issue. Other than that, 5 stars. Hopefully the developer will see this and look into it??

4 stars: This came pre-installed on my Nvidia Shield TV box. It takes a lot of "leg work" to get a large library of Ripped CD and DVD titles to show up appropriate places - like using a 3rd party utility to re-name most of the files and using another to edit the ID tags and then use those tags to create a customized XML file (.NFO extension) that would tell Kodi how to list the files that the scraper apps could not find (about half of each collection). My library is still not completely loaded, but I do have my and my wife's favorites loaded and SPMC serves them up nicely for us and for visiting dignitaries (our grown-up kids). Plex is the same way but worse, in my opinion...
