5 stars: UPDATE: UI facelift! Great free workout app and hope it continues to get equal treatment and support as its iOS counterpart. Pros: Great in-app content and lots of great workouts. Love building custom workouts and the sequencing. Cons: Content is not consistent across iOS and Android. UI/UX is from pre-Material Design, looking forward to an update.
5 stars: Update: Still an efficient, customizable 7 minute workout with no ads. Includes lots more exercises and tracking, and the randomized smart workouts keep things from getting stale. The only downside is requiring its own login with a long password with strict requirements. I mean, it's a fitness app, not a bank app. However, it's still the best 7 minute workout app.

5 stars: Simple easy to follow workouts that require no thought. Just tell it your fitness level and goals and your off to the races. Provides video of each exercise as you do them to offer guidance.
