2 stars: - The worst rating is not for the app but "Craftsvilla" itself. To anyone who looks at ordering via Craftsvilla, please dont bother or waste your time. They have good collection, the app is great. But what is the use if we are not gonna get what we ordered. To top it up worst customer service. I pity the wonderful artists whose works are on display here. Find a better site to list your products. I ordered a lot of stuff for a huge amount and they couldn't deliever it on time. When I questioned further about the delay they cancelled all my order saying product out of stock and refunded the amount. I asked them how come all products are out of stock and why did the site let me book if out of stock. Their response was please place the order again and we will deliver as soon as possible. PATHETIC!! After all the time I spent browsing for the stuff I need this is a total waste of time. On top of it my dream to set up my new house with all the beautiful products were shattered. Not coming here again inspite of the beautiful collections. Craftsvilla - if you really respect the artists and their works displayed at your site please do something about your customer service and order deliveries.
