4 stars: Very smooth for most of the usage. There are some visual bugs with dark mode, not the end of the world however sometimes when loading a conversation or whet navigating to a diff. part of the app it will switch back to light mode for a few seconds. Otherwise the app is very slick, even better than the desktop app in certain aspects. Good work 🤟
3 stars: The app has improved over the past few years but there is still a big bug. There are times when someone generates a call and you click to JOIN ONLINE and that call is not logged in the call list. For those that want to keep track of time etc - it is a sore point. IMO anything that results in a communication piece e.g. A CALL should be logged in calls regardless of how it started.
2 stars: Microsoft needs a better system- the verification system they use is not 100 percent secure and should be optional. Meeting video quality is consistently lagging behind compared to Zoom. Microsoft in general, though, has a very confusing system that makes you reset your password so often that it's impossible to remember. Make teams more user friendly, please.
2 stars: Can't even log into the app with the new authenticator- and if you do it's a huge hassle. The web-browser for teams doesn't show files in for the school-based teams. (Downloading the teams app on PC causes a large amount of lag that makes It un-enjoyable. And many times it pops up when it isn't wanted) Limited chats with people and there is no way to contact...
