5 stars: Everything is perfect and the functionality are both good. I like everything in the app But if possible can you please add the feature of using two accounts in one application, just like the one in a normal whatsapp application, you can decide to switch accounts. So if possible enable that feature so I may be able to have two business accounts and just switch in between them. Besides that, everything is top notch. Thanks
3 stars: Overall, my experience with Whatsapp has been good. I've been using it for a while and appreciate its features. However, I've noticed that when I upload a video to my status, the quality automatically decreases to an undesirable level. I would give it three stars due to this issue. I suggest the development team work on improving the video status quality to meet standard or even enhance it for a better user experience.
2 stars: This app is very good. However, I noticed recently that videos I update on my status are silent. I first thought I was the one who muted it by mistake but I was wrong. I updated another, the same soundless result. Then, I sent a video too to someone, the same thing! I'm not happy with this, it might affect my business. I also checked maybe It was a setting, but couldn't find nothing wrong or set wrong. PLEASE do something : )
