4 stars: Easy to navigate, I like that the app can tell me about the fit of my earphones and make some additional sound adjustments. One star deducted for the fact that the earphone touch controls are not totally customizable and the fact that there's no widget to supplement what can't be programmed into touch controls.
3 stars: This app is so slow that very often I thought it would freeze. Will need to wait for a minute or two or try clicking the model icon multiple times. I like that it allows you to do some basic customizations such as bass preferences or creates custom equalizer. I want to check battery levels from time to time but because the app is so slow I often give up.
