3 stars: Most of the time the App doesn't respond. A lot of issues has been fixed but not up to the expectations. Such an App is not expected from TCS. While processing the forms one has enter information again and again to proceed further. Server also doesn't respond most of the time. Expect a better performance.
3 stars: Very slow working app. It takes very much time to find a family details in h2h survey. Immediately the app should be upgraded. It crashes every time. Garuda app was far better than BLO app. Very very slow working app and crashing again and again. TCS should improve the app immediately. Blos are facing problems with this app.
