5 stars: Really fast delivery, especially for the groceries. Could use a bigger restaurant variety especially for the healthy options. other than that, the app is awesome!

4 stars: the primary app for ordering food in KSA. It features most of what you would expect from a food delivery app, but I removed a star due to a few bugs where it does not update the map unless I restart the app. It is also annoying for the tax invoice to be separate from the order receipt. I could not find a way to retrieve the tax invoice on a computer and must use the app.
3 stars: Usually, my experiences are amazing. I order, and in about 20-30 minutes, the food is here. Tonight, I don't know what's wrong with it. It's been 2 hours since I've ordered, I can't contact the driver, the app, nor the store. I'm afraid of cancelling the order because I'm not sure if the money will be refunded to me. Unpleasant
