3 stars: It's a great service plan. I enjoy it more than my last one. However, there's some communication errors regarding billing. When I set up auto pay, they did my bill in 2 separate categories instead of 1 full category, thus not paying my full bill and shutting down my plan. I do not appreciate having to be stuck in the snow and not have service due to an error on googles end. If you all could fix that error, that would be great.
2 stars: Loved it at first, been a customer for 2 years. It has really gone downhill as far as coverage. Seems when I started I'd have connection on road trips in places no one else in the vehicle did, but now I have 1 bar at my home in a city with zilch on road trips. It's very expensive compared to many options out there now, with pretty bad service, just not worth it anymore. The app is great, very efficient, and useful.
